Shifting Your Custom Paper Size in Microsoft Word
There are several different ways that to make custom document to be used in Microsoft Word. The simplest is to start Microsoft Word and click on the Page tab. You will then be able to alter your document within this tab. The majority of these options are available from the Customize section of the Page tab. Below are a few quick suggestions about the best way best to change the width and period of custom pages.
O working with the Page properties home display. To alter the width and length of custom paper sizes in Microsoft Word, first click the Page Properties icon located at the top right corner of the main page. On the custom paper sizes screen, select the width you’d like to make then click on enter. From the Enter a value box, enter the number in inches you would like the webpage to be at. After that, click OK to apply the changes.
O Using the arrow button on the custom document and press the ideal arrow button. After you move your mouse cursor on the page edge, a drop down menu will appear. Click on the Customize drop-down menu to display the page properties dialog box. From the page properties dialog box, change the width and height you would like to create. Use the left and right arrows to adjust the width and the space between each cell in rows and columns as needed.
O Using the printing driver. To change the width and period of custom paper sizes in Microsoft Word, download and install the appropriate print driver. Once you install the print driver, the appropriate properties dialogue box may appear. Select the width and height you wish to modify in the Home Values dialog box.
o Using the printer control panel. Microsoft Word includes its own printer control panel, which may be obtained by clicking the Start button on the desktop and then click Control Panel. About the Control Panel window, click on the brand or model of your printer and then click on the arrow next to Precision Options. Here, you will find several options for customizing the paper sizes in your document files.
O Using the custom paper sizes drop-down menu. Should you need to alter the dimensions of your document files before printing them, first click the drop-down menu for custom paper sizes in the custom paper sizes sheet. The drop-down menu displays the available custom made sizes in percentage of inches. If you have to pick a different size that’s near the one you’re using currently, pick it from the selections on the right-hand side under the customized size title. When you choose a custom size, the custom paper size drop-down menu may change to indicate the new size that you have chosen.
